METAMORFOSES II

At Metamorfoses II, held in Brasília in 2024, I presented the Blue Jello series, a set of five abstract photographs created with edible gelatin. The idea to photograph gelatin came intuitively and naturally connects with my background in food photography.

The series was inspired by time spent near water during a quiet trip to the mountains. Observing its movement, listening to its sound, and feeling its touch led to moments of reflection and introspection. I sought to express those sensations through photography, using gelatin as a visual representation of water.
